These terms cover miloagents.shop and the things you download or use from it. By using the site you agree to them. Plain language where we can.
Who we are
Milo | AI Agent Team is a small independent project. Contact: support@miloagents.shop.
What you get
Free kits and skills are provided as files (text, Markdown, Python, JSON). You get a personal, non-exclusive license to use them, including for your own commercial work. You may not resell, redistribute or re-list the files themselves (free or paid), or claim them as your own. Third-party material inside a package keeps its own license, which is included in the package.
Your AI agent, your accounts
Kits and skills tell an AI agent what to do on accounts you own (for example Modal). You pay those platforms directly. Check what your agent is doing before it spends money, and set spending limits first. We are not responsible for charges on your accounts, or for what an agent does on them.
AI output can be wrong
Kits, skills and hosted assistants use AI models. Their output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. Check it before you rely on it. Nothing here is professional advice: not legal, medical, financial or psychological advice.
Generated images
Images made with Krea 2 are subject to the Krea 2 Community License, including its revenue limit for commercial use (currently companies with annual revenue under US$1,000,000). It is your responsibility to follow it and the terms of any other model or service you use.
Acceptable use
Don't use anything here to break the law, infringe others' rights, harass or harm people, or get around the rules of the platforms you use.
Paid items and refunds
Purchases made directly on this site follow our refund policy. Purchases made on another marketplace (for example Agensi, PromptBase or Poe) follow that marketplace's terms and refund rules.
No warranty, limited liability
Everything is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any loss above the amount you paid us for the item concerned (or US$50 for free items).
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continued use means you accept the update.
