Refund policy

This covers items you buy directly on miloagents.shop. Items bought on Agensi, PromptBase, Poe or another marketplace follow that marketplace's refund rules.

Digital files (skills, packs)

14 days. If a package doesn't work as described and we can't fix it, email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it in full. If it just isn't for you, we'll refund it within 14 days as long as you haven't used the paid content beyond looking at it. We may ask what went wrong so we can fix the product.

Consultation packs (Relationship Advisor)

An unused pack is fully refundable within 14 days. Once you've used a consultation from a pack, that pack is no longer refundable. A consultation is only counted when you receive an answer; a failed attempt is never counted.

Services

Services are agreed in writing before any work or charge, and the written scope says how cancellation and refunds work for that project.

Subscriptions

We don't sell subscriptions today. If we add any, you'll be able to cancel at any time and the terms will be shown before you pay.

How to ask

Email support@miloagents.shop with the email address you used to buy. We reply within two business days and refund to the original payment method. Card refunds can take 5–10 business days to show up.
